Tricia Cochrane’s early career was in public health, where she practiced as a community nutritionist before becoming director of Public Health – Nutrition with the Nova Scotia Department of Health. Relocation to the Annapolis Valley provided an opportunity to work as a clinical and administrative dietitian, as well as a community hospital and health centre manager. This lead to her most recent role as vice-president of Community Health and Continuing Care with Annapolis Valley Health. She is recognized as a leader who is committed to creation of strong, interprofessional teams and effective community partnerships Tricia is a graduate of Acadia University, University of Toronto and Dalhousie University and is a certified health executive with the Canadian College of Health Leaders.
