Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Program Concussion Education Session
The Concussion Education session is a single group information session for persons who have sustained a concussion within the past 3 months. The session is for people who want to learn more about what to expect following a concussion.

Sessions are held every other Monday from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

How do I access the Concussion Education Session?
To attend the program you must be:
- Diagnosed with a concussion within the past 3 months
- 16 years of age and older

What will happen at the Concussion Education Session?
A health care professional working in Acquired Brain Injury Services will provide information about what to expect following a concussion. Information reviewed will include common symptoms, typical recovery process, strategies to help manage symptoms, prevention strategies, and resources.
