Visitor restrictions are lifted on 3South, an acute care unit at Glace Bay Hospital. The restrictions were put in place last week to help limit the spread of flu-like illness among patients on the 16-bed unit.

The Emergency Department at the Glace Bay Hospital will be closed on Saturday, Jan. 20 at 3 p.m. It reopens on Sunday, Jan. 21 at 7 a.m. The department will also be closed on Sunday, Jan. 21 at 3 p.m. and will reopen on Monday, Jan. 22 at 7 a.m.
